For a circulated piece this is very attractive with great eye appeal. If not for the lack of details on the eagle (primarily from strike quality) this would look like an AU piece at first glance. Nice smooth surfaces without the granular or choppy appearance that many pieces from this issue exhibit. For a tough date that saw extensive circulation, this is probably the prettiest piece available without going up to the AU+ grade range. It would not be surprising to see this in an XF45 holder in the future, with appropriate consideration of striking weakness on the reverse.
